Justin founded LeapHurdle in 2022 with the mission to solve the everyday digital marketing problems. He leads the head of strategy for by doing research, asking questions, analyzing data and exploring different ways to deliver world class work across teams and mediums. He carefully analysis what the business needs are and constructs a strategic plan to execute success with the ultimate goal of building brand awareness in mind.
For more than a decade, Justin has experience implementing strategy at the highest level through every aspect of the business – account executive, customer success manager, technical account manager, marketing manager, and onboarding project. Having been in passionate online marketer who chose to pursue career in social media and digital marketing because it’s a platform that allows brands to impact customers in real time.
Justin is a graduate of the The Ohio State University – Columbrs and die-hard OSU Buckeye fan. Working in multiple industries has taught him first had the value of hard work, resilience, and leaving everything on the table at the end of the day. He enjoys spending time with his wife, son and traveling anywhere that has a bit of adventures.

Along with these meetings, you can always reach us through email (we’ll always respond within 24 hours or less…unless it’s the weekend) or through a quick phone call with our team.
Our main goal is to work as an extension of your team, so we will also be sending your strategies, insights, and reporting throughout the month.
